Overview

This site is the home for product documentation of the products developed by HSO and contains both the solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement .

At this moment the documentation is not yet available for all products. It will be added in the following months. This overviews shows for which solutions the documentation is available. If you need more information about the solutions for which the documentation is not available yet, please contact us at innovationsupport@hso.com.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations topics are form context aware. This means that a user has direct access from his form to those topics which are related to the form he is currently viewing.

When a user access the help (? Icon in the right top corner) the first tab Help shows the topics provided my Microsoft, the tab HSO Help shows the topics related to the installed HSO products.

   

A similar option to show form context aware topics is not present from within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

Release schedule

We release our solutions four times a year, aligning with Microsoft's major updates. New functionalities are included in each major release, and will be made available via LCS two weeks after Microsoft’s General Availability (GA) of their updates.

In addition to these major releases, we also provide maintenance updates at the end of each month following the major release, ensuring any critical issues are addressed promptly.
