Description of the specific features for project scheduling.
By double clicking a project activity in the scheduling overview, all hour forecasts of the scheduled activity number will be shown. This is the standard AX hour forecast form with a filter on the project activity.
From a scheduled project activity, a context menu can be opened via a right mouse click. The following options are available:

Opens the current resource |

Leave & Absence |
Will open the leave and absence menu allowing the user to enter leave and absence. |

Create resource group and calendar deviation interval |
Allows defining a different calendar than standard linked to this work center for a pre-defined time. |

Project |
Open the project that is related to the scheduled project hour forecast |
|
Split |
Allows splitting the hour forecast. The date and time of the split will be displayed in the context menu. |
|
Colors |
Opens the list with defined colors so the user can see where the color in the screen is coming from. |
