End of shift work space

Through configuration, a work space with tiles and lists can be setup that provides a good overview of production status of the past day, running issues etc. Examples of relevant tiles:

• Running productions
  • Productions with status Started
• Finished productions
  • Posted RAF journals today or yesterday
• Productions due
  • Delivery date within n days and status not reported as finished
  • Late: Scheduled production end date > delivery date
• Purchased components
  • Purchased components for production: Raw material date within n days and not confirmed by vendor
• Anonymous raw material
  • Production orders with production BOM lines that have on order transactions
• Material picking
  • Work clusters (closed) for released productions
  • Work exceptions (open) type Short pick for released productions
  • Work exceptions (open) type Short pick for started productions
  • Additional picking: Work details where work header is open or in progress and relates to a started productionMaterial shortage
  • Stopped productions (Production details, tab Warehouse)
• Material shortage
  • Production orders where order status = Material shortage
• ECM notifications
  • Production orders with a dependency to an Engineering change notification
  • Production orders with production BOM line(s) with a dependency to an Engineering change notification
  • Engineering versions that are expiring within n days
• Quality
  • Open quality orders with a reference to production

Production summary

Production control > Inquiries and reports > Production summary 

Summary screen that shows the total quantities, planned and actual lead times and delays (if any) per production order.

Group data per period or create tiles with e.g. orders ended yesterday, day before yesterday.

Resource utilization

Production control > Setup > Resources > Resource utilization colors

Button Create deafult setup. The default utilization colors range from pale green (low utilization) to green (>90% utilization), yellow (>100% utilization), orange (>110% utilization) and red (>120% utilization).

 

Capacity load

Production control > Setup > Resources > Resource groups / Resources > Button Capacity load

The utilization is calculated automatically, and the corresponding color is displayed.
