Certain items that are not typically considered trade goods—such as packaging materials or support items that customers return—should not affect the calculation of tiered charges. This feature allows you to define, at the item level, how each item should be treated in the charge calculation process.
Product information management > Products > Released products > tab: Purchase/Sell
