Order Events in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations % help businesses track key activities in the sales order lifecycle; such as creation, changes, cancellations, and return, providing a detailed audit trail for compliance and operational transparency.

Out of the box Microsoft already tracks a lot of events. Within Order Entry Optimization the following events have been added:

• Sales order (header)
  • Modify requested receipt or ship date
  • Modify confirmed receipt or ship date

Setup

Sales and marketing > Setup > Events > Order events > tab Sales order

In this form enable the events which need to be tracked.
