Product documentation
This forms holds the activation parameter for Product Search and other generic parameters that are not Search configuration specific.
Navigate to: Product information management > Setup > Advanced search > Product search parameters
Note that some tabs are only visible based on additional licenses/configuration keys.

| Enabled |
Select 'Azure search' here to enable search within this company. Note that 'Local search' is no longer supported, if you are using this, please contact us to discuss the best way to move to Azure search. |
| ATTRIBUTES | |
| Attribute tab shown | When enabled, the details dialog within Search contains a tab with the attributes and its values. |
| Use standard form | When enabled, the standard MS attribute values form is used on (released) product. Please note that the used category hierarchy has to have a standard retail role associated with it for the values to show up on the standard MS form (whilst for our Product search attribute values form a Product search role is enough). |
| Azure search settings | |
| SETUP | |
| Search configuration | Select the default Search configuration for this company. If set here, the default company is added on the search configuration. When adding a company to a Search configuration, the configuration is also visible here. Note that a company can only be linked to 1 Search configuration. |
| Azure search parameters | |
| OPEN IN LIST PAGE | |
| Max. records | Defines the maximum number of records that are fetched from Azure when the 'Open in list page' function is used. If the result set exceeds this number, the count will be limited at the number specified here. |
| Max. threads | Defined the maximum number of simultaneous threads used when fetching records from Azure for the 'Open in list page' function. Using more threads speeds up the process, but might impact the Search performance for other users. |
| Data valid (min.) | Defines how long in minutes any loaded records in the search result are valid. Once the defined period has expired, the records are reloaded from Azure. |
| INDEX FIELD LOOKUP | |
| Show status fields | When activated, the index field lookup includes status fields. |
| Show info fields | When actiavted, the index field lookup includes information fields (such as searchable and filterable). |

| COMPANY FILTER |
| Unlock company filter | When activated, users are able to clear the (automatically added) current company filter in the Released products search form. |
