Data Masking Settings

The parameter form Data Masking Settings contains the tab General and can be accessed via the app Data Masking in the Settings area.

 

Tab General 

Field	Description
Enable Process Notifications	Set this parameter to Yes if you want to trigger In-App Notifications for the user who is triggering the bulk anonymization or bulk randomization process. The user will receive a notification when the process is started and when the process is finished.

Bulk Delete Audit History

Set this parameter to Yes if you want the Audit History log files to be deleted completely when starting the Bulk Delete Operation(s) via the ribbon button.

Bulk Delete Notes

Set this parameter to Yes if you want the records from entity Notes to be deleted completely when starting the Bulk Delete Operation(s) via the ribbon button.

Bulk Delete Posts

Set this parameter to Yes if you want the records from entity Posts to be deleted completely when starting the Bulk Delete Operation(s) via the ribbon button.
