The Warehouse Management dangerous goods functionality creates a list of dangerous goods per shipment, summarized per UN number and package group, with ADR points.
On the internet, it is possible to subscribe to a service where the data can be uploaded via Excel, csv or entered in a web form. The external service (not part of Warehouse Management ) generates the legal documents (ADR document, Dangerous Goods Declaration, IATA Shipper’s declaration).
The dangerous goods can also be summarized on inbound loads and inbound shipments.
The storage of larger quantities of dangerous goods is subject to regulations. E.g. periodically export the amount of dangerous goods per warehouse, zone and UN number. Warehouse Management facilitates the export of this data.
Warehouse management > Loads > all loads > Tab Transportation > Shipment dangerous goods
Warehouse management > Shipment > all shipments > Tab Transportation > Shipment dangerous goods
Warehouse management > Inquiries and reports > Shipment dangerous goods (read-only)
On the load list page and on the shipment list page, an orange triangle indicates that the load or the shipment contains items with a dangerous goods ID.
It is possible to generate a list of dangerous goods per shipment and per load. If the shipment is not part of a load yet, this list can not be generated.
The button [Generate] summarizes the dangerous goods for the current shipment, or for all shipments in the current load (only shipments for which no dangerous goods exist yet). The data is grouped by dangerous goods ID per inventory unit ID.

The number of ADR points is calculated automatically. In the form, it is possible to make manual adjustments, additions, or delete the data. If a shipment is transferred to a different load, the shipment dangerous goods data is also transferred to this actual load. The number of points is recalculated automatically.
Note that there are multiple ways to add or remove lines from a shipment. In this case, the shipment dangerous goods data is not synchronized. The user can delete the shipment dangerous goods data and re-generate it.
This form can also be opened in read only mode from the menu Warehouse management, Inquiries and reports.
The Dangerous goods ID is visible on the forms wave lines overview, and load details and shipment details, fast tab load lines.
