Default values for internal and external sales persons and the worker code of the user are copied from the customer and added to the sales order or quotation. The values can be overwritten. This data can be used for analysis, but also for specific tracing questions about the order.
In the customer details the field’s External sales person and Sales Responsible person are added, where workers from the company can be selected.
Accounts receivable > Customers > All customers > tab Sales demographics

| Sales responsible | The internal sales person that is responsible for this customer, this field is copied to the sales order and quotation header |
| External sales person | The external sales person that is responsible for this customer, this field is copied to the sales order and quotation header |
