Advanced Supply Chain Management  is a powerful, enterprise-wide ERP solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management with extensive reporting capabilities for medium-sized businesses. It is easily customizable, user-friendly, scalable, and deployable globally. A fully integrated ERP solution tailored to your industry.

​The solution is tailored for wholesale and distribution companies and the processes involved. This includes fast and automated order processing, entering sales order details by scanning barcodes, or setting up a cash payment requirement for specific customers.

​In recent years, HSO has automated many trading companies and developed many industry-specific applications. To allow all companies to benefit from these additions, it was decided to bundle these best practices into HSO Advanced Supply Chain Management.

​Functionality in Advanced Supply Chain Management is managed through a roadmap. A generic customer need can be placed on the roadmap after approval by HSO, and it will be delivered in the next release.

​Evergreen

Advanced Supply Chain Management is an Evergreen application. Microsoft calls this One Version. The principle of One Version is simple: the more customers running on the same software version, the higher the quality we can deliver. We identify and fix problems once and get those solutions into the hands of more customers faster.

Why configuration keys are Off by default – and What it means for you

Starting with our 2025 Q1 product releases, the configuration keys for modules and features included in the Advanced Supply Chain Management solutions will be turned off by default at first installation. This change is designed with your convenience and flexibility in mind.

Here’s why we’re making this adjustment and how it benefits you:

  1. Streamlined Product Experience: By grouping multiple features into a single suite (or solution), we simplify product management for both you and us. Instead of dealing with numerous individual products, you get an integrated solution.
  2. Tailored to Your Needs: You have full control to enable only the features you need and are entitled to use, based on the licenses you’ve purchased. This prevents unnecessary complexity and ensures you’re getting maximum value out of your solution.
  3. Quick and Easy Feature Activation: If you decide to add a new feature, there’s no need to install additional components. All you need to do is:
    • Turn on the relevant configuration key.
    • Update your ALF license by simply clicking the "Request" button.
  4.  Impact on First vs. Existing Installations:
    • For new installations of our solutions starting with 2025 Q1, all configuration keys will be off by default. You can activate the features you need during setup or as your needs evolve.
    • For existing installations, this change only applies to new features released after 2025 Q1 that are behind a configuration key. Your currently active features will remain unaffected.

This approach makes it faster and easier to adapt the solution to your evolving business needs while ensuring the system remains clean, efficient, and aligned with your purchased licenses.
